Norman de Greve is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for CVS Health. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to grow the CVS Health, CVS Pharmacy, and Minute Clinic businesses and brands.

He has been recognized by Fast Company as one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business and by PR Week as one of the 50 most influential people in health.

Prior to joining CVS Health, Norman was President of the Boston and Detroit offices of Digitas. In his 14 years there, he helped grow the company into a world leader in marketing and developed a number of it’s offerings. Prior to joining Digitas, Norman worked in management consulting, venture capital, and starting new ventures. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College and an MBA with Honors from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Norman currently serves on the Boards of the Association of National Advertisers, the #SeeHer initiative promoting a better portrayal of women in media and advertising, and the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science. He is also the Vice-Chair of the Mobile Marketing Association.

In his current role as Senior Director II at Walmart, Matt leads the customer experience design and strategy for Walmart's health and wellness division. His mission at Walmart is to disrupt the healthcare industry and make a difference in its customers lives by helping them save money and live better. This includes responsibility for insights, strategy, execution and implementation, including the new to the world clinic model.

Prior to Health and Wellness, Matt worked across total Walmart US (Stores and E-commerce), helping to reinvent the customer experience.

Prior to joining Walmart, Matt worked for a management consultancy (OxfordSM) and Procter & Gamble, where he worked for 14 years across the globe in various brand management and shopper marketing roles. Roles included leading the Ariel brand in the UK, managing P&G’s Wal-Mart international marketing team (14 countries and 4 continents), the ground-breaking Olympics partnership from 2010-2013, and finally leading P&G’s global shopper marketing COE.

Dr. Devi entire career is focused on promoting brain health and quality of life in neurologic disease. She established her center for neurologic wellness in 1999.

A peer-chosen Super Doctor®- in the top 5% of New York City neurologists, she is board-certified in Neurology, Pain Medicine, Psychiatry, and Brain Injury Medicine. She was subspecialty board-certified in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry.

Widely published, Dr. Devi is an Attending Physician at Lenox Hill Hospital | Northwell Health and Clinical Professor of Neurology at Downstate Medical Center.

She is an elected Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and the American College of Physicians. Key prior roles include Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at NYU; Assistant Professor of Neurology at Columbia University; Clinical Core Co-director of the Taub Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at Columbia; President of the American Medical Women’s Association and the National Council on Women’s Health; Director of the NY Memory and Healthy Aging Services. She has received numerous awards for her work and was honored as a Distinguished Visiting Professor in Women’s Health at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Featured on the BBC, CBS, NY Times, NPR, TIME, and the WSJ, Dr. Devi has authored several books, including “A Calm Brain, How to Relax into a Stress-Free, High-Powered Life”, and most recently “Spectrum of Hope: An Optimistic and New Approach to Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Dementias.” She is neurologic consultant to the NY State Committee for Physician Health and the NFL Players Association. Dr. Devi loves New York City- her home for over thirty years, and is a NYC Parks Enforcement Patrol Mounted Auxiliary. She received her MD from Grace University and her MS from Columbia University. Born and raised in India, the daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter of physicians, Dr. Devi continues a tradition of caring that began 140 years ago, and is grateful to her patients and families for making this possible.

Adam Holyk is the senior vice president, retail and consumer services for Walgreen Co., based in Deerfield, Illinois. He leads development of Walgreens future customer value propositions, formats and operating models including new partnerships. Most recently he served as chief marketing officer and where he had responsibility for the Walgreens marketing, media, creative and brand strategy supporting retail, pharmacy and healthcare. Holyk repositioned Walgreens iconic brand, being recognized as one of the “most loved brands in America”.

Holyk joined Walgreens in 2011 as divisional vice president, launching Walgreens Balance® Rewards customer loyalty program. He was elevated to group vice president assuming responsibility for insights and data analytics. Later he was appointed to lead corporate strategy development for Walgreens Boots Alliance working on healthcare partnerships.

Prior to joining Walgreens, he was a vice president for dunnhumby, a leading marketing insights and analytics consultancy based in New York. Earlier, he served as a vice president for Shoppers Drug Mart, managing its loyalty program and customer marketing. Holyk started his career at Loblaw Companies Limited, Canada's largest food distributor.

Holyk earned his master of business administration degree from York University's Schulich School of Business. He also holds a juris doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Guelph.

A native of Minnesota, John recently left a 15-year career at Target Corporation to start a new company focused on proactive wellness solutions. An entrepreneurial spirit and a personal health scare solidified John’s desire to help more people create healthier habits; his new brand will be launching late-Spring 2020.

In his time at Target, John held various roles and most recently led the $3.4 Billion Healthcare and Optical merchandising team. In this role, he was part of several successful brand launches which helped fuel his passion to start his own company.
